Daily Essential: Sunscreen

With summer right around the corner, I am definitely planning to spend more time outdoors, and I of course will be wearing sunscreen! I have worn sunscreen on a daily basis ever since I was a baby and have tried my fair share of brands over the years, so I wanted to share a few of my all-time favorites on The Zeitgeist. In addition to preventing painful sunburns, skin cancer, brown spots, and skin discolorations, sunscreen also slows down the development of wrinkled, aging skin. I also apply chapstick with the proper amount of SPF in it on a daily basis, but I will create separate feature about the best chapsticks 😉 This post will become far too long if I combine both my favorite sunscreen and chapstick brands! Finally, one quick tip before applying sunscreen, be sure to put it on 15-30 minutes before sun exposure, or else it will wash off when you perspire
